Conference Registration Opening Hours
Please proceed to the registration counter located at the foyer area of Level 2. Registration counter opening hours as follows:
23 August 2019 12noon - 5.30pm
24 August 2019 8.00am - 5.30pm

Registration Fee
  • Pre-Conference Registration Delegate is entitled to 1 afternoon coffee break, certificate of attendance and relevant workshop materials.
  • Main Conference Registration Delegate is entitled to 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, certificate of attendance and relevant conference materials.
Registration fee to the main conference does not include the registration fee to the Pre-Conference Workshops.

Payment Fee Payment Onsite
Registration fee can be made via Ringgit cash or credit card. Only Visa and Mastercard is acceptable.
Local bank cheques or foreign currency will not be entertained.

English language will be used throughout all sessions unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration Fees will be refunded upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation as follows:
Before & on 1 July 2019 30% refund
After & on 2 July 2019 NO refund

Visa Requirement
Upon entering Malaysia, every individual should possess a valid international passport or an internationally recognised travel document approved for travel to Malaysia.

Any person not in possession of a passport or travel document that is recognized by the Malaysian Government must obtain a document in lieu of a passport. Application for the document in lieu of a passport can be made at any Malaysian Representative Office abroad. Holders of travel documents like a Certificate of Identity, Laisser Passer, Titre de Voyage or a Country's Certificate of Permanent Residence should ensure that their return to the country that issued the document or the country of residence is guaranteed. The documents should be valid, for more than six (6) months from the date of entry into Malaysia.

Foreign nationals who require a visa to enter Malaysia must apply and obtain a visa in advance at any Malaysian Representative Office abroad before entering the country.

  • No visa is required for U.S.A. citizens visiting Malaysia for social, business or academic purposes (except for employment).
  • No visa is required for a stay of less than one month for nationals of all ASEAN countries except Myanmar. For a stay exceeding one month, a visa will be required, except for nationals of Brunei and Singapore.
  • For nationals of Israel, visas are required and permission must be granted from Ministry of Internal Security.
  • For nationals of Yugoslavia (Serbia & Montenegro), visas are required and permission must be granted from Ministry Of Home Affairs.
  • Nationals of countries other than those stated above (with the exception of Israel) are allowed to enter Malaysia without a visa for a visit not exceeding one month.
